Refund policy

We want you to love your JerseyRacks display hanger. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility Window
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in like-new condition.
  • Please return the item with all components.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, email us at support@jerseyracks.com with:
  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos (only required if something arrived damaged or defective)
We’ll respond with return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to a JerseyRacks error (wrong item, missing part, manufacturing defect), we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For all other returns (changed mind, didn’t fit your space, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective Jersey Rack or a part isn’t functioning correctly (e.g., a knob won’t tighten), we’ll gladly send a replacement part or a full replacement hanger.
Exchanges ship once the original item is returned (unless it’s a clear defect — in those cases we often ship immediately).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Jersey Rack arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective:
  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include photos showing the issue.
  3. We’ll repair, replace, or send replacement components at no cost to you.
Important Note About Performance
JerseyRacks are designed to hold standard jersey weights.
 If an arm slips or doesn’t hold your jersey properly:
  • Ensure the rear knob is fully tightened
  • Adjust the arm position closer to the shoulder seam
  • Most issues are resolved with correct tension
